What do you do with post-holiday 25- to 30-pound frozen turkeys? Make soup! Bromfield’s Chef Paul Correnty partnered with Loaves & Fishes to turn surplus turkeys into soup for needy families. After violence broke out in the Capitol last week, teachers and administrators moved to develop a plan, but with less than 24 hours to prepare, much was left up to individual educators.
