Beverly Ann (Davis) Cobb, 83, of Harvard, died Monday, March 8, 2021, at her residence.
Beverly was born in Ayer, Oct. 21, 1937, the daughter of Howard W. and Marion F. (Woodfin) Davis, and was a lifelong Harvard resident. She was a 1956 graduate of the Bromfield School.
She leaves her husband of 64 years, Robert E. Cobb; two sons, Scott E. Cobb of Ayer and Mark R. Cobb of Shapleigh, Maine; three daughters, Melanie A. Cobb and Tina L. Cobb, both of Harvard, and Wendy L. Mills of Shirley; and four grandchildren, Nicole Cobb, Elizabeth Mills, Casandra Mills, and Theresa Mills.
She was the sister of the late Howard W. Davis Jr. of Townsend and Charles S. Davis of New York.
Beverly remained active in her children’s activities and volunteered her time to the school library, scouting programs, and school field trips. She enjoyed reading, traveling, word puzzles, and watching old movies and classic television shows. Beverly was also active in the founding of the National Museum of the United States Army.
