Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) today announced several promotions across the organization:
Promoted are:
- Katherine Dearborn to Senior Vice President of Deposit Operations & eBanking. Dearborn began her career with the Bank nearly 47 years ago as a part-time clerk while she was a freshman in high school. She has held positions in the Retail and Technology departments of the Bank, and was named eBanking Manager when that department was formed in 2003. Kathy is a graduate of the Mass Bankers School of Financial Studies.
- Marcio Cirino to Assistant Vice President of Retail Lending. He has been with RBT since 2011 and in Retail Lending since 2014. As a Credit Officer since 2017, Marcio's knowledge and leadership skills have continued to develop, and are an asset to the department's achievements. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
- Suzanne Panagopoulos to Compliance, BSA & Risk Management Officer. She will oversee the Compliance Department and all BSA/AML initiatives. Suzanne began her career with RBT in 2017 in the Retail Division and has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Worcester State University.

In one of the more challenging years that the mortgage department has faced, Marcio was unflappable, taking on many roles and was diligent in ensuring the team's success. Suzanne has advanced change to our BSA/AML processes and audit controls, consistently exceeding the expectations of coworkers and audit partners."
