In recognition of the 100th anniversary of women earning the right to vote, the League of Women Voters of Harvard has purchased 30 books from a local bookstore to enhance the Harvard Public Library’s collection of books about the fight for woman suffrage. Included are children’s stories about suffragists, young adult biographies that will be used to enhance the Bromfield eighth-grade curriculum, and adult history books. A complete list can be found on the library’s website.
