Saga of Rescued Submarine at Ft. Devens Museum

Military historian Bob Begin returns to the Ft. Devens Museum Saturday, March 21, at 1 p.m. to tell the story of the USS Squalus, a submarine rescued from the sea in 1939 to go on to serve America in World War II. Admission to this event is free; donations are appreciated. The museum is located at 94 Jackson Road in Devens and is wheelchair accessible. It is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, Fridays, and the third Saturday of each month. Visit fortdevensmuseum.org for more information.
