The Harvard Cultural Collaborative invites the public to a weeklong music festival Monday, June 18, through Saturday, June 23. Twenty-five young professional and seasoned amateur musicians will be in Harvard for the festival/workshop titled “Loving the Process.” Residents may sit in on open rehearsals, coaching sessions, masterclasses, and
informal house concerts throughout the week as the musicians prepare for a final performance on June 23. Venues include the Unitarian Church, the Congregational Church, Fellowship Building, Volunteers Hall, old library, and private homes. Compositions include works by Shostakovich, Schumann, Arthur Bliss, Mozart, Fauré, Kabalevsky, and more.
