On Saturday, March 10, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 11, at 2 p.m. in Volunteers Hall the Harvard Friends of the Arts (HFOA) will present the radio version of the 1950s sci-fi drama, “The Day the Earth Stood Still.” This performance marks the 10th anniversary of HFOA’s old-time radio plays. It is produced and directed by Bob Eiland. Performers include Helen Batchelder, Jim Breslauer, Jack Dacey, Eiland, Pamela Kathleen Hill, Wyatt Neville, Jim Stoddard, and Lynda Vernalia. Music, sound, and special effects are provided by Jon Bernhardt, John Chapman, Tim Clark, Joan Eliyesil, and Judy Wong. Admission is free; donations to support future programs are always appreciated.
