The Bromfield boys' soccer team lost to top-seeded Sutton yesterday, Nov. 15, by a score of 3-0 in the Central Mass. Division 4 championship game.
For the Sutton Sammies (17-2-2) the victory was it's fourth straight district championship.
For the sixth seeded Trojans (13-7-2) it was the end of a successful season that took the team all the way to the Central Mass. district finals, played under Saturday night lights at Nashoba Regional High School in Bolton.
Goalie Ben Cadman was credited with 16 saves in a game dominated by the Sutton offense. The Trojans managed three shots on goal to Sutton's 26, according to the Hometeam website maintained by the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
