We welcome new Town Administrator Tim Bragan to Harvard. Even though he doesn’t officially start until January, we’re pretty sure that his unofficial work has already started. ’Tis the season for joint board meetings to plan next year’s budget, which have the potential to be contentious—demands on our taxes being what they are. We’ll hope that he brings some of the same common sense, reasonability, and wisdom former Town Administrator Paul Cohen brought to the job. It’s reassuring to know that, having worked with Tim for years on the Mass. Municipal Association, Paul believes that it’s a great fit.
