We were dismayed to find out that no voting information was mailed to Devens residents. They don’t pay taxes here, but they do vote, and are residents of Harvard. We’re sure it was an oversight, but it reinforces a perception of neglect and must make them wonder if Harvard takes them seriously. Town Hall—meaning all officials—needs to make sure that whatever information gets sent to zip codes 01451 and 01467 also goes to 01434.
