The Harvard School Committee pondered four possible administrative models for the district Monday night, but succeeded only in reducing its options to three.

At its first meeting since the resignation of two members, the Harvard Historical Commission chose to view the need to fill the new vacancies as an occasion to invite participation and model a transparent process.
