Each year at the Rollstone Bank & Trust employee holiday party, the Bank honors employees for reaching significant anniversaries with the Bank. This year, 29 employees received special pins for their years of service, ranging all the way up to 40 years.
Special recognition was given to 8 people reaching 15 years or more at the Bank: Heather Sarasin and Sandy Szarek – 15 years; Harvey Buchanan, Lee Dearborn, and Kathy Faur– 20 years; Kathy Loiselle – 25 years; Paula Murphy and Linda Racine – 40 years.

In addition to the two women reaching 40 years in 2017, two other Bank employees have previously reached the 40 year mark. Kathy Dearborn, Vice President of Deposit Operations and eBanking, started at the Bank 43 years ago. Sandy Basler, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, has a 41 year career there.
Amy Bonilla, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at RBT, said, “We have nearly 1,000 combined years of service at the Bank. Our employees’ wealth of knowledge truly benefits our customers and the community.”
