According to Town Clerk Janet Vellante, the following is a preliminary list of elected positions that will appear on the ballot for this year’s town election, which will be on May 1:

  • Board of Selectmen­: one three-year term
  • Cemetery Commission: one three-year term
  • Community Preservation Commission: one three-year term
  • Board of Health: one three-year term
  • Library Trustees: two three-year terms
  • Moderator: one one-year term
  • Parks and Recreation Commission: two three-year terms
  • Planning Board: two three-year terms; one one-year term
  • School Committee: two three-year terms
  • Town Clerk: one three-year term
  • Tree Warden: one one-year term
  • Warner Free Lecture Society: two three-year terms

Vellante told the Press that this list could change if any board member resigns before the Board of Selectmen signs the town caucus warrant. Selectmen have not yet voted to approve the date of the caucus, but Vellante told the Press last week she will be proposing the evening of Saturday, March 10.
