Well-adult clinic
Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, in conjunction with the Harvard Board of Health, has announced that a well adult clinic will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Hildreth House, 15 Elm St., Harvard. Drop in for blood pressure, pulse screening, and diet teaching. No appointment is necessary.

Donate blood, get a lift ticket
All donors who give blood at the Shirley Community Blood Drive at St. Anthony’s of Padua, 14 Phoenix St., Shirley, on Thursday, Dec. 29, from 2 to 7 p.m., will receive a Community Spirit lift ticket courtesy of Wachusett Mountain. Flu shots available
Home for the holidays, traveling for the holidays, or have kids home from college? Need a flu shot? Nashoba Associated Boards of Health will be offering flu shots on Friday, Dec. 30. Call 978-772-3335 ext. 333 for an appointment or more information.
Street list forms have been mailed
The annual street listing (census) forms have been mailed out to all households in Harvard as required by state law. The town asks that you complete and return your form as soon as possible, whether there are any changes or not. Your form should include everyone living in the household. Make additions or deletions as necessary.
If you did not receive a form, contact the town clerk at 978-456-4100 ext. 316, or download a blank form from the town’s website, www.harvard.ma.us/Pages/HarvardMA_Clerk/census.
Dog licenses will be available
Dog licenses for 2012 will be available starting Jan. 3 in the town clerk’s office.
