Home health care presentation
Representatives from Hamilton Home Health will be at Hildreth House Tuesday, July 26, at 1 p.m. to present a question-and-answer session on things to keep in mind when considering home health care. The 30-minute presentation will address such issues as types of services offered, payment options, and how to know what questions to ask a potential provider.

- Tuesday, July 12: This mid-summer trip will take in the wildflowers at the Garden in the Woods. Following the guided tour, tourgoers will dine at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn in Sudbury, the country’s oldest operating inn. The group will leave Hildreth House at 9:15 a.m. and return by 3 p.m. Cost is $15 plus lunch.
- Thursday, July 21: Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod, will be the destination for this trip. The group will visit the Sandwich Glass Museum, then will have lunch at the Daniel Webster Inn. Following lunch will be a tour of the Heritage Museum and Gardens, featuring three museum buidings, with a Shaker round barn, an automobile museum, and more. This all-day trip will leave Hildreth House at 8 a.m. Cost is $22 plus lunch.
- Tuesday, Aug. 2: This trip to Merrimack, N.H., will take travelers first to Swan Chocolates; then it’s off to lunch at Giorio’s Ristorante and Martini Bar for a choice of fish, meat, or pasta. Rounding out the day will be a tour of the Anheuser-Busch brewery. Cost of the trip is $5. The group will leave Hildreth House at 10 a.m. and return by 5 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 18: Interesting exhibits on textile history, watches and clocks, steam power, transportation, and more await on this visit to the Charles River Museum. After the tour, lunch will be at a restaurant in Waltham. The group will leave Hildreth House at 10 a.m. and be back by 2:30 p.m. Cost is $10 plus lunch.
- Wednesday, Aug. 31: This trip will treat COA travelers to the many sides of Boston as seen from the deck of a boat on the Charles River. Highlights of this 60-minute cruise include historic and cultural sites of Boston and Cambridge, such as Beacon Hill, the Back Bay, Fenway Park, Boston University, MIT, and Harvard University. Lunch will be at the Cheesecake Factory. Cost is $15 plus lunch. The group will depart from Hildreth House at 10 a.m. and return by 3 p.m.
