On the road with COA

Call the COA office at 978-456-4120 for more information or to sign up for trips. Anyone who cannot afford a trip can contact the office about a scholarship.

• Friday, May 21: Boston Pops Honors America concert. Trip leaves from Hildreth House at 6:30 p.m.; will return by 11 p.m. Cost is $30.
   
• Thursday, May 27: Tour of Canterbury Shaker Village in New Hampshire; lunch at a nearby restaurant. Trip leaves from Hildreth House at 8:15 a.m.; will return by 3:30 p.m. Cost is $20 plus lunch.
   
• Friday, June 11: Trip to Essex and Gloucester to visit two historic Colonial homes; lunch at the Blue Marlin Grille in Essex. Trip leaves from Hildreth House at 8:30 a.m.; will return by 4 p.m. Cost is $20 plus lunch.
   
• Wednesday, June 16: Tour of Stillman Dairy Farm in Lunenburg; lunch at nearby Trudie’s Treats. Interested participants should call the COA office.
   
• Monday, June 21: Opening Day game of the Lowell Spinners; seats at first base line; pre-game meal at the Lowell Beer Works. Trip leaves from Hildreth House at 5 p.m.; will return 10:30 p.m. Cost is $10 plus the meal. Tickets are limited; call early to reserve space.
