Luncheon at Carlton-Willard

Carlton-Willard Village in Bedford is a continuing care retirement community on 65 acres of rolling fields and forest. The Council on Aging is planning a day trip in March to see the village and enjoy a luncheon. Call 978-456-4120 if you are interested.


On the road with COA

Call the COA office at 978-456-4120 for more details or to sign up for trips. Anyone who cannot afford a trip can contact the office about a scholarship.

  • Wednesday, Feb. 15. The Council on Aging has been invited to view the new Wegman’s store in Northborough for lunch. It’s a market not like any other in the area. The van will leave from the Hildreth House at 10 a.m. and return by 2 p.m. Cost is $10.
  • Friday, March 16. Plan ahead for spring and flowers as the Council on Aging travels to Boston for the annual Boston Flower and Garden Show. Leave behind the gray days of winter and explore the show for tips and ideas on adding the “wow factor” to your garden. The group will leave at 9 a.m. and return by 3 p.m. The trip will cost $30. Lunch is extra.
