Our mission is to keep you independent in your home. Nashoba Homecare offers a variety of services to provide for thoughtful care and safety. We provide assistance with daily living, short-term recovery from a surgery or illness, long-term care and hospice support.

Caring for Seniors and Their Families
Nashoba Homecare is a privately owned and operated company serving our neighbors in the community. Service can be arranged for as little as 3 hours or as many as 24 hours a day. Short term assistance or longer term care is available 7 days a week. Homemaking to end of life care, we assist with all stages. We offer overnight awake Aides for Monitoring or Live-In Care is a discounted daily rate for 24 hour care for someone who needs light monitoring or fall risk
We have the lowest rate of turnover of Aides and offer consistency for comfort to our seniors. We are not a franchise, which gives us great flexibility in providing services that are customer focused with personal attention. We provide customized services with skilled caregivers who specialize in Memory Care, Parkinson’s among many other diagnosis.
We promote health, independence and dignity for our clients, who include the elderly, disabled, and individuals recovering from surgery. Services are available at home or at a facility. We are available 24-hours-a-day and can provide service in case of an emergency or unexpected discharge on weekends or evenings.
Our caregivers are employees of the company, bonded and insured, professionally trained, certified, friendly and reside within the Nashoba Valley Community. Our services include assistance for daily living including: companionship, personal care, light home chores such as planning, cooking and serving nutritious meals, light housework, laundry and ironing, shopping, errands, transportation to church, social events and appointments, sleepovers with assistance in preparing for bedtime, help with unexpected family events, and wellness checks.

Hourly Care
Choose what you need, when you require services. Together we will determine the day, time and duration of your in-home visit. We can also assist with hospital and nursing home care if appropriate. Have a question contact us, and we will meet your specific requirements.
Overnight Care & Live-In Care
Caring for a loved one 24 hours a day, can be challenging. Whether you need a good night's sleep and would like the assistance through the night or a loved one lives alone and needs night care, we are available. We will provide the assistance for sleep and getting up in the morning prepared for the day.
Daily Care
One day, two days or seven days a week, we will provide daily care for companionship, personal care, recreation, light house keeping and for overall wellness. This is a valuable offering to give to a caregiver who is in need of a respite.
24-Hour Emergency Care

Memory Care
Alzheimer's and dementia care requires an experienced caregiver. Our caregivers are trained, compassionate and patient. We review environmental safety and symptom recognition such as sundowning, delirium and overall personal well being. We will address with family members assessments and recommendations for transitions and long-term care.
Parkinson's Care
Parkinson's disease that often requires a changing complexities of care and compassion. Our caregivers are understand the challenges that Parkinson patients face. We serve with knowledge and empathy.
